Brief Exercise of Emotional Ecology
Instructions (Read carefully before you do the exercise)

 

Sit down comfortably with your back in an upright position
And put your hands on top of your knees.
Close your eyes and use the “image in action”
DECREE (Talk affirmatively out loud)
Great creative and creator Power display yourself in me as creativity and spontaneity.
I imagine myself inside a square of green energy and a triangle of Indigo blue light and I decree that this field of energy of truth, wisdom and cure is displayed here and now.
I order that all intrusive and unbalanced energies in my body be removed right now.
I ask the blue rays of divine conscience to take these energies in the name of love, in the name of love, in the name of love to the dimension of its merit.
I rise my being to the ray of golden light and see a chain of light going through my spine and coming back to my head and filling out my entire body.
I light up the ray of golden light and I spread this light inside out to all my cells and I become a beautiful sun at this moment.
I dissolve all my concerns in the golden divine light and I trust in the connection of the light with my real being.
I open up my heart as a flower that spreads thousands of rays of light and I spread this light from my heart to people who need me. I direct this energy from my heart to _________ (the person’s name) and that they get this light in the right amount and feel themselves harmonious, healthy and loving.
I visualize this light coming in through the feet of these people and I balance them in truth, wisdom and peace.
I (as a vehicle of divine grace and vehicle of harmonious light) close myself in a circle of blue light and decree to be open only towards the power of peace and close myself to unbalanced identities.
I open my Thymos, my cardiac chakra to the power of love and I spread the pink light to my surroundings and I strengthen myself in self-love, and I invoke both the well-being and the freedom of my own BEING.
I thank the universe to be in complete harmony and calmess.
