CAs the word defines itself, we always live “pre-occupied” with old ideas and concepts of right or wrong, perfect or imperfect and so on.
Therefore, the discomforts which we call emotional disturbances appear. Living in the present moment is only possible when we remember and are responsible for the proposals we need to accomplish. In every moment, personal or colective promises appear to be executed by us with some purpose.
Should we think that our thoughts are empty or full of will?
Many ideas disappear as fast as they appear in our memories. But they stay stored in our short, medium and long-term memory. The feelings inside this proposal of resolution to live and live with stay stored as energy to perform some tasks. And they are awaken to revive the goal which they come from. But they do not bring memories themselves neither from where nor how they initiated. Only their sensations.
The diseases rise from this language that generates our automatism of survival. We are co-creators of forms of survival. There are several external resources to support the survival of the body. But the soul (or spirit), which makes the body ready to our fulfilment, also needs care and comprehension.

And also a loto f support in order to help the body to live with strength, disposition and some resources to care for the soul.
The Emocional Ecology is very good to the memory.
With the practice of these exercises, we can be in contact with our sensitivity, and therefore, disperse negative emotions. The energy released by our emotional body has colors, and through the perception of the mental screen, we can conduct the energy and change its quality. We are full of feelings. We need to be in contact with them, stoping ourselves and also being responsible for our mental choices and our physical attitudes of social relations.
Here on Earth whatever we do, we will answer for our acts in the subtle sky of our internal world.
